Working in the field of GIS for more than 20 years, Tracy is currently the GIS Director at the City of Charleston and has been employed with the City for 16 years. Before joining the City of Charleston she worked for the Forest Resources Systems (FORS) Institute as a GIS Instructor/Analyst and at Sabine & Waters as a GIS Analyst. Tracy obtained both her BS degree in Engineering and an MS degree in Forest Resources from Clemson University.
